It was a clean, with great location, property. Would stay there again in future.

This Modern Hip Beach House was a great place for some fun “ beach time”! The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable and well equipped. Loved being steps from the water! So convenient! Pierpont is a great family friendly location.

Nice functional home with a great view of the ocean from the family room.

Loved our stay in this beautiful home. We spent every morning on the deck watching the waves while we had our tea. We loved being steps from the beach and minutes from groceries etc. The house is so bright and open. When we had any questions we sent a quick text and got a response within minutes. I would definitely recommend this house. We hope to rent again sometime.

A lovely home for a six sister reunion in Ventura. Superb location steps away from the beach and easy beach walk or drive to fun places to eat. Easy access to downtown. The home is well equipped for making meals and enjoying staying put. Beds are comfortable too. We six sisters liked it so much we plan to have our annual sister reunion here again.

This was an ideal rental for an adult family that needed 3 bedrooms/bathrooms. The pictures do not give the ocean view justice! The rental had a perfect layout for us and was bright and immaculate. The kitchen was more fully stocked than other rentals I have used. As the description indicates, there is a fairly tight spiral staircase to get to the upper level so keep that in mind, however it was easy for all of us to navigate. I highly recommend this rental for those that want an ocean view and large rooms to spread out.

This was a fabulous rental. It is even more beautiful than the pictures and was absolutely spotless. The view of the beach from the main living area and deck is fantastic. It really is steps to the beach. The house has everything you need including beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, wet suits, grill and tools etc. Grocery shopping is very close. Access was easy. Response to questions was very prompt. Everyone agreed they would stay here again.

Couldn't have had a better trip. Home was exactly as advertised (maybe even better). Extremely clean. Remax was incredibly easy to deal with. Getting up each morning and watching the surfers while having my coffee at the kitchen table was the best. We will absolutely be back!

Overall, this is a great property. It has recently been renovated and the house is in very good condition. Few observations:
Pros:
-3 houses from the beach!
-Great deck on the front to just watch the waves
-great layout in the house, open floor plan
- every room has a tv with streaming capability so everyone can find their own space
- kitchen very well stocked and great for cooking
-convenient location to downtown Pierpont, harbor restaurants and downtown Ventura
Cons:
- guests should be aware that this street and the one directly across from it in the pics are the main hangouts for local teens and young adults. The foot traffic is fine, lots of families, people checking surf, walking dogs etc... but just about every night, there are people playing loud music in their cars, partying, fireworks, etc. One night a local homeowner really got into it with a group over fireworks. There was no police presence, which I found a bit surprising as there are groups out there every night. That said, we didn't have any issues with anyone.
Also, for what its worth, we were very disappointed with what I assume are a small segment of local dog owners. Almost daily, we saw people letting their dogs run off leash and do their business in the sand, with no clean up. Who does that to such a beautiful beach?!?!

My husband and I and our teenage daughter had a fabulous time staying at this beach house. Great location, fully stocked Kitchen and comfortable sleeping beds. Easy communication with the management company. We’ll definitely be back again!

My family and I enjoyed getting away to the water near Ventura. The ocean views form the second story window were the perfect was to see the water all day long. The house is in a great location and suited our needs perfectly.

2 comments: first, dishes were not as clean as expected, probably due to requirement that dishes be cleaned and put away prior to a 10 am checkout- so no dishwasher use, and second, efforts to conserve water are laudatory, but installation of a hot water circulating system to master bedroom would save more water that restrictions on washer and dishwasher.

We had such a great time at this newly renovated, hip beach house. It’s perfectly equipped, and is even better than it looks in the photos. The house is right on the beach, enjoys spectacular sunsets, and is a short beach walk to super fun restaurants and cafes. Can’t wait to go back.
