Come stay and relax at the sweetest spot in Silver Strand! This home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, peek-a-boo ocean views from the balcony, and is located just steps from the sand! The first floor features a master suite complete with a living room, sink, counter tops, cabinets for extra storage, coffee maker, and bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Private patio with outdoor seating and shower, convenient for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach! Upstairs is a second cozy living room with new futon and dining area next to the updated kitchen. Fire up the BBQ grill on the spacious balcony and dine outdoors while enjoying the view! Remaining bathroom and 3 bedrooms are situated down the hallway. You'll definitely want to stay once you get a taste of this sweet life!
Home has pack n play, televisions in 3 bedrooms and 5 total throughout the house, WIFI printer, and plenty of beach toys!
One parking space in the garage and 3 can fit in the driveway
**One dog only, must be under 25lbs.**

This was a great weekend retreat and the location on Channel Island, just 50' from the sand was amazing. The location food and shops were very convenient. The house was clean and stocked. The doggie door was perfect for our dog. We loved the beds, very comfortable and would definitely recommend this stay.

We enjoyed our weekend stay. This house is a very short,easy walk to the beach. Close enough that you can walk back to use the restroom or get that forgotten item conveniently. The layout is also nice for multiple families. The suite downstairs is almost its own unit with its own kitchen/patio/bathroom. This makes it convenient for two families, or perhaps grandparents on the first floor, other families on top etc. Clean, easy check in/check out, would recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is well stocked with all the amenities of home plus what you need for the beach. The separation of space is nice too for a large family. And the location is amazing with easy access to the beach and restaurants.

My siblings and I traveled to CA to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday. We needed a place to stay and this was perfect! The space accommodated the 10 of us comfortably. The close proximity to the beach made for a nice family outing the day before the party at an offsite venue. We were able to host other family members during the day with the extra patio and balcony space. Clean and great amenities.

Awesome location, great neighborhood.
Always a great stay,very clean and right across the street from the beach,I’ve rented there for the last five years for work,the owners leave the house totally stocked with everything you need,I will probably rent there five more years if it is available.
