Cozy 3 bedroom + 2 bath beach cottage located in the beautiful Mandalay Shores, just a short walking distance from the beach.
The bedrooms consist of a king size bed, queen bed, and two twin beds.
This vacation home includes a flat screen TV in the living room and a lot of windows to enjoy the smell of the fresh ocean air and plenty of natural lighting.
Flat screen TV also provided in the other bedrooms.
Outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.
High ceilings make this place feel spacious, large dining room table, and plenty of cooking space with upgraded appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen.
Attached to the kitchen is a spacious two-car garage with a laundry area.
Home also includes patio seating, and both front and back entrance to get to the beach.
There is no hot tub/ jacuzzi at this property**

This rental home was very nicely decorated, clean and spacious. However both rugs in the living room and master bedroom need to be cleaned. Also, the one taller lamp in the living room had a broken switch so we could not use it. Unfortunately we would not rent this house again because of the terrible location. The neighboring dogs, at least three, barked a lot and even more when the loud motorcycle came and went. Some renters may not mind but if we had known ahead, we would not have rented it. The neighborhood is not the best.

We rented this beach house to celebrate by wife's birthday, and couldn't have been happier! The place was in perfect condition, and a very short walk to the beach. It has a top-notch jacuzzi as well. I highly recommend it! The lease agreement was a little scary, but the staff was very nice, and everything worked out perfectly!

We had a big event at the Ventura Fairgrounds as vendors. We rented the house as a base camp ,so our guys could eat, rest, and get back to the fairgrounds ready to work.The house looks EXACTLY like the pictures, SO CLEAN, and SPACIOUS.
Management was super easy to work with! All of the guys hope to come back next year. Some even want to bring their families on a personal trip. This home will not disappoint!

Lovely home, very clean and comfortable. The area was quiet all weekend! House has all new kitchen and baths, 2 private patios. Looks exactly like photos.
BEST PART: Garage is empty and clean and we parked 2 cars inside! Also able to squeeze 4 small cars in this property's legit exterior space. There's also parking very close on Harbor blvd.
Living room TV is EXCELLENT, there are others but we didn't turn them on.

We visited with my parents and our kids. Everyone loved the home, especially the firepit and outdoor area. On the first night we did BBQ and relaxed around the fire. This home is close to the beach and we were able to walk down every day. Was so nice to be able to do that and spend the whole day at the beach. We even got to enjoy a sunset on the beach, before heading back to the home to play a board game they had. Thanks for a lovely stay, we will be back!
